People "in the know" enjoy the treasure in our midst – Alfred B Maclay Gardens State Park. Mark October 5, Sunday, on your calendar for a fun evening at the Friends of Maclay Gardens 2014 "MOON OVER MACLAY" jazz concert in the Park.
Bring a blanket or chairs, picnic dinner, your favorite beverage and listen to great jazz on the historic Maclay House lawn as the full moon rises over Lake Hall.
Stroll the brick path to the Maclay House and see the scary and funny scarecrows that have been created by youth groups, businesses and non-profits in our area.
All proceeds are used for the Friends’ mission to support and enhance the historic gardens and park.
